Grant Writing
Tuesday July 21 and 28
4:30-6:30pm.

Professional practice is a necessary part of the work of an artist. We can also design this to be an ethical and hopeful part of our practice, one that dreams our work into new spaces in the world.

Working in the studio is our passion. Getting the work out of the studio and into the world- writing statements, curating work, putting together proposals -  is the hard part. Seeking context and opportunity, developing relationships that support and help build a sustainable practice, all allow us to continue the work in the studio.

This workshop will focus on grant, project, and exhibition proposals, including text, portfolio, and researching meaningful opportunities. First session is lecture and Q&A, second is workshop. Participants will upload info, instructions sent before workshop.

Cost: $225 for the session
Space is very limited.
